Build programs and systems that carry the work forward.

We help institutions build economic opportunity and workforce initiatives, deliver useful support to businesses and communities, and strengthen the organizations carrying the work.

Focus area

Economic Mobility and Ecosystem Strategy

Build the relationships and pathways that help businesses move forward.

Small businesses need more than a list of resources. They need systems, trusted relationships, and support that help them find and use the opportunities meant for them. We assess where access breaks down, align partners around a shared direction, and lead multilingual outreach that connects businesses and communities to opportunity.

01

Ecosystem Strategy, Access & Community Engagement

This work can include ecosystem assessments, stakeholder engagement, outreach strategy, partner coordination, facilitation, and implementation planning.

When businesses are not participating, the issue may involve how they hear about the opportunity, whether the support fits their needs, how partners make referrals, or whether they have the preparation needed to move forward. We examine the full path and help institutions build a better one.

02

Technical Assistance & Business-Support Programs

An ecosystem strategy must lead to useful support for the businesses it is meant to reach. We design and deliver technical-assistance programs that can include training, cohorts, one-on-one coaching, operational support, procurement readiness, and guidance on applicable certifications.

Depending on the assignment, we can build the program model, develop the learning content, recruit and enroll participants, facilitate sessions, coordinate partners, track participation, and report on progress.

03

Workforce Development & Career Pathways

Institutions can strengthen workforce initiatives that connect people to training, career pathways, and employment opportunities. Our work can include needs assessment, stakeholder engagement, program and outreach strategy, enrollment support, facilitation, partner coordination, and implementation planning.

Focus area

Capacity Building and Organizational Support

Strengthen the organizations responsible for carrying the work forward.

Nonprofit organizations and community-serving institutions need programs, systems, and internal capacity that can serve their communities and manage growth. We know the pressure of small teams, funder requirements, community needs, program delivery, and reporting happening at the same time.

01

Grant Strategy and Program Development

Turn a program idea or community need into a fundable initiative. This can include shaping the program concept, defining its purpose and structure, developing the work plan, identifying intended results, and building the information needed for a strong grant proposal. When funding is secured, we can remain involved in setting up the program and supporting delivery.

02

Organizational Assessment and Growth

We assess how an organization is operating today and help leadership identify what needs to change as the organization grows. This may include strategic planning for future programs, operating processes, roles and responsibilities, board development, stakeholder engagement, and program improvement.

03

Reporting, Data, and Impact

Organizations need useful information about what their programs are accomplishing. We help teams build reporting processes, strengthen program data, track progress, and connect their work to the results they need to show funders, partners, leadership, and their communities.
